Julianna Ross

At its heart, being a good lawyer is about listening and problem solving. Nothing is more fulfilling to me than helping my clients resolve an issue or obtain a result they otherwise would not have the knowledge or skills to achieve on their own.

Julianna earned her Juris Doctor and Certificate in Land Use and Environmental Law from the Florida State University College of Law in 2007. During law school, Julianna received the Pro Bono Service Award, and has continued her commitment to providing pro bono legal services by serving on the Seminole County Legal Aid Society Board of Directors since 2016.

Julianna’s legal practice has focused on civil litigation in both federal and state courts. Julianna has also utilized her exceptional legal research and writing skills to successfully represent clients in federal and state appeals. Julianna has provided legal counsel and representation to various local governments, including Sanford, Oviedo, Webster, and Orange County, Florida. She has also advised on policies and procedures and handled litigation for a national banking institution. Julianna served as interim General Counsel for Seminole State College of Florida from September 2014 through December 2015, then accepted the role of Program Manager and faculty for the Legal Studies Program beginning January 2016. As Program Manager and faculty, Julianna has helped to educate and train the next generation of legal professionals. Her experience in the legal field allows her to provide valuable insights and practical knowledge to her students, preparing them for successful careers as legal assistants, paralegals, or lawyers.

Julianna believes in ethical, compassionate, and results-driven legal representation. She strives to provide each client with exemplary legal counsel, which includes instilling comfort and confidence during what is often a stressful situation.
