Mr. Branch is a former trial court Judge licensed to practice law in all state courts of Florida, Michigan and Oregon. In addition, he has been admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Eastern District of Michigan, respectively and the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Branch has practiced before state and municipal administrative agencies, county court, circuit court, appellate courts and federal court in Florida and Michigan. His Florida law practice has encompassed all of central Florida, primarily in Seminole, Volusia and Orange Counties, respectively. He has served as a volunteer to such charitable organization as the United Way, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Lions Club. He has also coached 5th grade boys basketball and 8th grade girls basketball. As a Judge, he was actively involved in a multi-agency task force responsible for developing and implementing an integrated and coordinated approach to addressing the high incidence of domestic violence in the community.

Mr. Branch has in excess of 30 years of litigation and transactional law experience with emphasis on probate, municipal, business and real estate law.
