Minh Han received her Bachelor of Science, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1999 and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 2003. Minh is dedicated to zealously advocating for her clients and providing quality legal services. Her experience in family law practice includes extensive motion and trial practice with successful results. She litigates all aspects of family law issues including, divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, custody, child support, modification, paternity, and domestic violence. She also represents and counsels clients in general civil litigation matters and landlord tenant cases. Minh practiced as an attorney for the Seminole County Bar Association Legal Aid Society from 2004 to 2006. During her tenure at Legal Aid, she represented clients in the areas of family law and landlord tenant law. Minh is also committed to volunteering her time as an advocate in the community. Former Governor Jeb Bush appointed Minh to serve as a Consumer Advocate for the Long-Term Care Ombudsmen Council from 2000-2003. As a Consumer Advocate, she investigated and mediated long-term care residents' complaints; advocated for residents' rights and quality of care; conducted inspections of long-term care facilities; monitored development and implementation of federal, state and local laws, regulations, and policies applicable to long-term care facilities and recommended policy changes. Moreover, she continues to show her support for Legal Aid by accepting pro bono cases. Minh was born in Vietnam and is conversant in Vietnamese. She is a member of the Volie A. Williams, Jr. Inn of Court (Membership Chair, 2005-present); Seminole County Young Lawyer's Division (Founding Member and Secretary, 2006-present); Seminole County Bar Association; The Florida Bar, Family Law Section; and the American Bar Association.
