Frank Whigham attended Florida State University undergraduate school from 1967 through 1971. He then began attending Florida State University Law School in 1972 and graduated with honors in 1974. Frank began work as an attorney with the Stenstrom Lawfirm in 1974 and has worked with the firm ever since. Frank is a member of the Florida Bar, the Seminole County Bar and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
